At Aspiring Health, our team culture is everything. We refer to ourselves as 'Team Awesome' because we are! All our team mates share our passion for positivity, fun and excellence in whatever their role is.

We make all our decisions based on our values and we expect the very best in return. We make these decisions with our three vital organs: our head, our heart and our guts. We aren't afraid to take risks if we need to and aren’t afraid to make a decision purely based on how we feel about it. Aspiring Health is a business but it is also where our team spends most of their waking hours so it is vital that they have a great time.

Team meetings start with everyone sharing the highlight of their month, whether it's a work or personal highlight, it ensures we can celebrate each team member at every meeting. We share information formally through a weekly newsflash and informally through cake, coffee and chatting!
